The Sun Odyssey 44 sailboat is a habitable cruising monohull, built by the Jeanneau shipyard. This fixed keel sailboat, rigged as a Sloop at the head, made by the naval architect Andrieu Yacht Design, is 13.10 m long. Production started in 1990. 410 copies of the boat were produced.
For this SUN ODYSSEY 44 from 1991, a major intervention in 2017 with the replacement of the mast, the boom and the standing rigging. 2017 ?€?VOILE OCEAN?€? furling mainsail and genoa, solent on releasable textile forestay, symmetrical spinnaker. Energy on board: 2 200AH batteries from 2020, 1 90AH engine battery from 2018, 40AH battery charger with shore line, 375W solar panel from 2022, interior and exterior LED lighting. Electronics including RAYMARINE ST 7000 autopilot with 2018 calculator (reconditioned), RAYMARINE ST60 TRIDATA, RAYMARINE ST 60 wind vane-anemometer. FURNO GP 32 GPS with PC interface, VHF RT550 ASN. Interior layout: 3 double cabins, 1 single cabin, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has been transformed into a closet (possibility of returning to original use), saloon with central bench seat. Exterior: Teak bottom cockpit, steering wheel, companionway cabriolet and bimini (canvas to be replaced), gantry for dinghy and solar panel, 1200W electric windlass.
YANMAR 4 JHTE 55hp engine, MAXPROP folding three-blade propeller, 240l fuel tank, regular maintenance by the owner who lives on board.
Comfort: ENO stainless steel stove with 2 burners + oven, pressurized hot water, 450 L water tank, dinghy and dinghy engine.
Safety: Offshore for 6 people, ARIMAR liferaft from 2016, revised 2022.

Pour ce SUN ODYSSEY 44 de 1991, une importante intervention en 2017 avec le remplacement du mat, de la bôme et du gréement dormant. Grand-voile et génois sur enrouleur « VOILE OCEAN » de 2017, solent sur étai largable textile, spi symétrique. Energie a bord : 2 batteries 200AH de 2020, 1 batterie moteur 90AH de 2018, chargeur de batterie 40AH avec ligne de quai, panneau solaire 375W de 2022, éclairage LED intérieur et extérieur. Electronique incluant pilote automatique RAYMARINE ST 7000 avec calculateur de 2018 ( reconditionné), RAYMARINE ST60 TRIDATA, girouette-anémomètre RAYMARINE ST 60. GPS FURNO GP 32 avec interface pour PC, VHF RT550 ASN. Aménagement intérieur : 3 cabines double, 1 cabine simple, 2 cabinets de toilette dont 1 transformé en placard ( possibilité de revenir à l’usage initiale), carré avec banquette centrale. Extérieur : Cockpit fond en teck, barre à roue, cabriolet de descente et bimini ( toiles à remplacer), portique pour annexe et panneau solaire, guindeau électrique 1200W.
Moteur YANMAR 4 JHTE de 55cv, hélice tripales repliable MAXPROP, réservoir de carburant de 240l, entretien régulier par le propriétaire qui vit à bord.
Confort : réchaud ENO inox 2 feux + four, eau chaude sous pression, réservoir d’eau de 450 L, annexe et moteur d’annexe.
Sécurité : Hauturière pour 6 personnes, radeau de survie ARIMAR de 2016, révisé 2022.
L’ensemble du bateau est en bon état, et permet un projet de navigation au long cour.
