Lantana is an exceptionally comfortable liveaboard cruising motor ketch.
Designed by Charles Rayner and built in 1964 by Woodnutt and Co Ltd, Isle of Wight to Lloyds + 100 A1 specifications.
Lantana is very well built, the hull is cascover sheathed mahogany on oak frames with spruce masts and teak deck. Fastenings and keel bolts are bronze, with iron keel.
There are many original features, including Kent screen fitment and lift up forward windows for ventilation, steel davits and tabernacles and wheel steering with rod system steering.
There are also more modern additions including radar and chart plotter, dsc radio and autopilot.
Lantana is ashore on the non-tidal section of the Villaine river in South Brittany which is a fantastic sailing area. There are lovely anchorages and marinas within the river as well as many others within a day's sail.
